Product Delivery is available for a fee. The fee is based on the mileage required. There is a minimum purchase requirement of one pallet of stone or three yards of bulk material.

Estimates and Consultation are available to customers who purchase products from A & A Stone and Masonry, Inc. We can help in making the right choices to achieve the appearance and application you are seeking and accurately estimate the amount of stone needed for the project.

PRICING:
A&A Stone and Masonry, Inc. offers competitive pricing on all the products we carry in stock. We try to keep our prices low and consistent; but when quarry and transportation costs increase, the retail price may be affected.

AVAILABILITY:
Natural stone is available in the quantities it was created. We try to purchase stone types that will be mined into the foreseeable future, so that you can expand your projects using the same stone available when you began. However, there are stone types that have and will simply “run out”. When this happens, we try to restock with a similar product.

RETURNS:
Overestimating a project’s needs is always a costly problem. At A&A, we make every attempt to avoid this situation. We will assist each customer with estimates and stone selection and deliver the right product in the right amount – the first time – on time. When the customer does not take advantage of our expertise and orders the wrong product in the wrong amount, we will pick up unused stone under special guidelines for a fee.

DELIVERY:
It is our commitment to our customers that we will keep delivery fees at the lowest possible price and the highest possible quality. We attempt to call just prior to delivery to let you know we are on the way and of course, we will call if there is a delay.
